Solution :

  1. Open IIS from Administrate tool
  2. Select Application Pool option as show in following Image
  3. 1
  4. Click on Advance setting on right side of Window
  5. set true value to Enable 32-bit Application
  6. 23
  7. Go to your site ->  Manage Application -> Browse
  8. Service will show successfully.
